Hi Kathy. Thank you so much for including my top of the stairs decor post in your features this week!
Kathy, everything looks fabulous. Also, One-Pot Chicken & Stuffing by Simply Stacie is interesting. Actually for the annual paperwritings meeting I cooked a similar one. This dish is a standout. Very easy and very flavorful. I was dubious about the amount of shallots the first time I made it, but it turns out that the shallots are so meltingly tender and delicious with the sauce. I actually add the cherry tomatoes from the beginning - we like how they become very soft and blend into the sauce. We make this one regularly from fall through spring!
