Welcome to the party awesome bloggers!  So happy to have you join us this week.  I am so thankful to be finished with my 3 week school inservice!  Wow, I had no idea how much work that was actually going to be, but I did receive lots of valuable information to use in my classroom.   Finally, my summer vacation can begin.  I will be getting back to doing my Pick of the Bunch again this week.  I am working on some posts featuring you from the last few parties that I was unable to do the features.

A Bouquet of Talent Linky Party #41

Welcome to the party!  So happy you joined us this week!  I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend.   I am so happy to report that my mother had her surgery on Monday, and it went great overall.  They removed all of the lymph nodes in her neck.  She has 22 staples from behind her neck down to the front of her chest.  It looks bad, but she is doing amazingly well.  Thank you so much for your prayers and kind messages!!  They mean so much.

****I am working on fixing the problem with Inlinkz!!  I hope to have it fixed soon!     So sorry!!

Party Time at A Bouquet of Talent #39

Hi, friends!  Welcome to another Bouquet of Talent!  So thrilled to have you share your talent with us.  I have been trying to post this party for over an hour now.  For some reason, the new Inlinkz code is not cooperating.  

I know I have been missing in action for a few weeks!  I am missing you all so much!!  I have been so overwhelmed by everything that's been going on.  After seeing four different doctors, my mother has decided that she has no choice, but to have a major surgery to remove the very rare cancer that she has.  It will be on the June 17th.  I would so appreciate your prayers.  She will be in ICU for at least a night or two after the surgery, and in the hospital for awhile. 

I was also chosen to participate in a summer workshop out of 100 applicants.  It was bitter-sweet news as I told my principal.  :)  Three weeks of classes, but the pay is amazing.  So I just keep making a list of all the things I want to spend that money on.  Please bear with me as I get through the class.  My mother's surgery just happens to fall during the second week of the classes.  That's the way it always goes.  

I've just needed a few weeks to get some much needed rest and relaxation.  I am all recovered and ready to go.

It is time for another party!  I can't wait to see what you have created, cooked and crafted this week.  So sorry I haven't finished the Pick of the Bunch.  Even though I was looking so forward to being off for my first week of summer vacation and getting caught up, I have been non-stop busy.  I will get last's weeks features up soon.  They were all so amazing.

We just got home from celebrating my parent's fifty-first wedding anniversary today, and I thought I would be home earlier.
