Hi, everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with your families. Our Christmas was wonderful, and I have eaten way too much over the past few days!
I feel like I have been on a whirlwind for the past week. My relatives from out of town still can't travel home due to the bad weather, so they are having an extended stay. Since I am having withdrawals from my blog and all of my wonderful blog friends, I am taking a few minutes for me today.
I changed over to a .com on Christmas Eve. I decided that would be the best time to make the change. I purchased the domain over 4 months ago, but just hadn't got around to the making the change. Actually, I have been afraid to make the big change. I still have so much to learn about all of the tech details. I was so tired of typing in the blogspot on everything.
I plan on taking down all my Christmas decor this afternoon, so I thought I would share a few quick photos.
This is a wreath that I made many years ago! I really intended to add a new bow. Maybe next year I will get around to that.
I have shared my fireplace with you before and the difficulty of getting decent photos with all the windows around it. Instead of spending more time trying to edit, I decided to share them anyway.
I have always used stockings that my mother-in-law made us years ago, but the colors do not go with my gold themed mantel. I quickly made these burlap stockings, and I plan on adding more embellishments to them next year.
Two more of my pine cone trees that I have made. I sprayed these gold and actually put lights on the larger one this year. You can see the tutorial for making the pine cone trees here.

One of my student's mother made this adorable ribbon tree for me last year. I love it.
I apologize for being super late on my posting some of my Christmas decor, but I decided it was better late than never. It seems you just get everything the way you want it, and then it's time to take it all down. Oh, how I dread that task, but I want that major task completed.
If you have any tips that I need to do after switching my domain, please share them with me. I need all the help I can get in that area.
Wishing you all a very Blessed and Happy New Year!
