Today I wanted to share with you the tulle wreath that I made for daughter's room. I used the comforter colors in purple, teal, and gold.

Welcome to the Jungle
If you are looking for a plant that gives you privacy, and smells divine when it's blooming, consider adding Jasmine to your landscape. I can't take any credit for the great planning or planting of the previous owner, but he was brilliant. Because of the layout of our backyard, the previous owner had the vision to plant this for privacy on the deck. I am so glad he did!! I really am not sure how long ago it was planted, but this is our second summer to enjoy it.

ASCP Emperor's Red Table Makeover
This is one of the first tables that I painted using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. I am just now getting around to posting it. I used Emperor's Red and gilding wax in gold. It also belonged to my grandmother. She had a house full of beautiful furniture, and I am so thankful to keep it living on in my house.
The Great Smoky Mountains
I'm back!! I have missed all of my blog friends. We just returned from a week in Nashville and the Great Smoky Mountains. I had planned on posting throughout the week, but the internet connection at our cabin was not the best. Our cell phone service would come and go. We had the best time seeing God's beautiful, majestic creations. Our cabin at Pigeon Forge was absolutely gorgeous!

My precious daughter, Lauren and me.
My son, Tyler, couldn't wait to get in the water. Boys will be boys!
They wanted to see a bear so bad. So when they saw this bench, they had to have their picture taken here.
We took a helicopter ride over the mountains. The views were amazing, but I have to admit I was glad to be back on the ground. I was too nervous to get very many pics. :)
One of the most awesome places we visited was Clingman's Dome. We went from 90 degrees to 63 degrees at the top of the mountain. It is the highest point in the Smokies, and amazingly beautiful. We were definitely in the clouds.
The view went from the above to the below photo in only a few minutes!! You could literally watch the clouds rising right before your eyes. It was so awesome!
We had a wonderful time, but it is always to great to be back home! Now to catch up! While I was gone, I received some of the amazing giveaways that I won. I can't wait to share those with you!
I will leave you with the photo of my favorite place in Pigeon Forge, The Incredible Christmas Place!! I was in heaven in that place. I will share those photos tomorrow.
I did try my best to keep up with my new blog friends while I was gone. If you are a new follower, and I haven't returned the follow please just leave a comment here. I love to return the follow! A huge thank you to all of my followers. Have a wonderful weekend. We plan on resting today, and watching the Olympics.
